What will I need to do to maintain my Florida incorporation?
The State of Florida Division of Corporations requires that state of Florida corporations follow certain formalities, such as annual meetings of shareholders and directors. Florida state corporations are also required to keep meeting minutes and other corporate records, including keeping an original or a copy of the bylaws at the company's office. In addition, most states require annual filings regarding corporate status.
