How do I issue shares of my Florida corporation's stock?

A Florida State corporation can sell shares of stock to investors in order to provide the corporation with its own capital. Both the state and federal governments heavily regulate the sale of securities.

'Par value' is the minimum dollar amount for which each share may be sold, which is included in your Florida Articles of Incorporation.
