What is a Florida general partnership?
A Florida general partnership is a business entity intended for two or more individuals who will share the responsibilities, profits and liabilities of Florida partnerships. General Florida partnerships do not provide protection from liability, therefore partners are personally liable for the debts and obligations of the Florida partnership. The partners can enter into a partnership agreement outlining the parameters they want to set regarding the management and business of the Florida partnership.
